Projects
Things I've built, each with a write-up of how it works and why it's built that way.
Open source
The code is on GitHub, linked from each write-up.
- Giving coding agents a memory that outlives the session. A local MCP server in Rust that gives coding agents memory between sessions, merging keyword and vector search by rank.
- A voice agent that needs the LLM less the more you use it. A local classifier picks the tool, and a language model steps in only on a miss. Its answer is cached for next time.
- SSH access that expires on its own. Short-lived certificates, signed in HashiCorp Vault, instead of keys that quietly live forever.
Client work
Built for clients, at LeanScale and freelance. The code isn't public, so these write-ups cover the design.
- An agent that does setup work, one checked step at a time. Each step is checked before anything touches a third-party API. Manual setup time dropped by about 60%.
- People and agents on the same task list. People and agents read and write the same tasks, and agent memory sits in the same database as the work it's about.
Private
The code is private, so these write-ups cover the design and leave out anything that isn't mine to share.
- A trading engine that knows its state after a crash. A private Rust engine that sends one strategy signal to many accounts and writes every action to a ledger.
